Our Commitment

UC Berkeley is deeply committed to supporting small-town and rural students, recognizing their unique perspectives and potential. In partnership with the Small Town and Rural Students College Network we aim to expand access and create opportunities for these students. Our goal is to foster a diverse and inclusive student body that reflects the broad range of cultural, geographic and socioeconomic backgrounds. By investing in rural and small town students through relevant support and programming, we empower future leaders and innovators, driving positive change both locally and globally.
