Case Western Reserve University

Our Commitment
Case Western Reserve University is committed to growing the number of students from small towns and rural areas. With the launch of the Small Town and Rural Students (STARS) Network, CWRU will work alongside partner institutions to support students, families and communities to increase rural student college enrollment.
From the moment students become part of the CWRU community, they are immersed in and are integral to a culture of ambition and achievement with over 100 academic areas of interest. Our location in Cleveland’s University Circle offers students access to the nation's top arts district and the country’s most concentrated square mile of educational, medical, arts and cultural institutions.
CWRU is committed to supporting students early in their high school experience to encourage them to pursue higher education. We will continue to engage students through the application and enrollment process, and help to break down many of the barriers these students face in accessing opportunities in higher education.
