With the launch of the Small Town and Rural Students (STARS) Network, Colby will implement a comprehensive, integrated statewide outreach plan aimed at elevating and empowering rural students, families, and educators. In expanding its commitment to Maine, Colby seeks to increase the number of students seeking post-secondary education, adding to the vibrancy of our communities.
