Notre Dame
Our Commitment
Located in South Bend, Indiana, the University of Notre Dame values the unique perspectives and experiences of students from small towns and rural areas. We believe that every student, regardless of background, high school, neighborhood, or socioeconomic status, should have access to a transformative education. We provide the resources and support necessary for you to explore your passions, develop your talents, and lead a purposeful life. Notre Dame is committed to making an education accessible and affordable for families at all income levels, meeting 100% of students’ demonstrated financial need. The financial support covers the gap between the cost of attendance and what a family can reasonably contribute for college. Through our involvement in the Small Town and Rural Student (STARS) Network, we are dedicated to providing access to higher education for rural and small-town students and their families, supporting them on their journey through college.
